E Commerce Executive

 

Description:

The E-Commerce Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, implementing strategies to drive online sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations:

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Implement and maintain effective order fulfillment processes.

Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance the visibility of the e-commerce platform.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.

Customer Experience:

  • Enhance the overall customer journey on the e-commerce platform.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve product offerings and the online shopping process.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on e-commerce performance.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the e-commerce strategy.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement platform enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and online payment systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
