Steller's, a rapidly growing organization in the e-book publishing and sales industry, is currently seeking a female E-Book Front Sales Executive to join their high-performance sales team. This role is specifically designed for experienced candidates who have a strong track record of closing high-value e-book sales ranging from USD 5000 to 8000 monthly.

As a Front Sales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and managing direct sales to clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring continuous revenue growth through strategic sales techniques. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, confident in communicating with international clients, and capable of performing under pressure in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to present, pitch, and sell e-book services and solutions.

• Close sales with an average monthly target between USD 5000 to 8000.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Coordinate internally with the sales support and operations team to ensure seamless delivery.

• Document sales activity and report performance metrics to the team lead.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the international e-book market.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-book front sales or a similar domain.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve USD 5000–8000/month in sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Goal-driven and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
