MindMatrix Solutions is actively seeking motivated E-Book Front Sales Executives with 1 to 2 years of experience in eBook sales or a related sales environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly achieving monthly sales goals ranging from 6000 to 10000 units or revenue equivalent.

As an E-Book Front Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, applying effective front sales tactics, and maximizing sales opportunities through direct customer interaction. This role demands excellent communication skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment.

You will be part of a supportive team that values your contribution and offers a competitive salary package complemented by commission-based incentives to reward high performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set sales targets consistently between 6k to 10k.

  • Identify prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

  • Utilize strategic front sales tactics to maximize revenue.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

  • Adapt to night shift work hours and deliver consistent results.


Job Details:

  • Shift Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

  • Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday off)

  • Work Environment: On-site
