Description:
For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a REMOTE (Senior) Drupal Developer. Candidates need to have at least 3 years of experience in design and development of Drupal websites and overall 7 years of IT/software development experience.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support, maintain and enhance existing applications and websites based on Drupal 9 PHP 8.1;
- Create high quality, well-designed, efficient and testable code by following current industry standards and established code testing, review, and QA procedures in Acquia Site Factory;
- Manage change request and enhancement implementation as well as application releases for the application portfolio;
- Adhere to the version control system, build and release processes and coding standards;
- Perform unit and integration tests and resolve any resulting issues/bugs.
- Work with architects and develop business systems using the development standards framework;
- Communicate project status, issues and risk factors to project team members;
- Provide support on Drupal configuration and setup, including front-end and UI/UX development;
- Develop Drupal templates based on visual identity, wireframes, mock-ups, and other digital assets;
- Import and upload available contents such as text, documents, images, videos, etc. in a visually appealing way;
- Enhance data visualization capabilities such as development of interactive maps, charts and graphs;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master Degree;
- +7 years of IT/development experience;
- Experience in web applications design and development, experience in Drupal/PHP/MySQL programming;
- Experience in using Content types, Views, blocks, webforms, mega menu, etc;
- Proficient in web design and mobile first front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc;
- Knowledge of Drupal 9/10 and its new components, such as Twig, Backbone.js and Underscore.js;
