Description:
TW1 is hiring a DM Revenue Assurance to oversee a variety of important responsibilities, ensuring accurate billing, preventing revenue leakage, and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
LDI Assurance: End-to-end reconciliation within system/Jerasoft to ensure accuracy and revenue integrity.
Bandwidth Reconciliation: Manage wholesale bandwidth utilization and track upgrades/downgrades.
Invoicing Accuracy: Reconcile domestic and international partner invoices accurately.
Revenue Assurance: Identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent revenue leakage.
Fraud Monitoring: Detect and prevent fraudulent activities via traffic analysis.
Agreement Compliance: Ensure partner agreements adhere to contractual terms.
Carrier Billing Reconciliation: Validate carrier invoices against actual usage.
Dispute Management: Resolve billing disputes with partners.
Billing System Accuracy: Ensure partner agreements and rate changes are accurately reflected.
Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing settlements and traffic routing.
Automation & Process Improvement: Streamline reconciliation processes via automation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and audit requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on findings, trends, fraud analysis, and dispute status.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with finance, technical, and partner management teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master’s degree from a reputable university.
Experience: 5-7 years in a relevant field.
Skills: Proficient in managing large datasets using Excel (Power Query) and SQL; hands-on experience with CRM and SAP; expertise in Voice and Wholesale operations; strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Other: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage pressure effectively.
