Description:
Remington is looking for District Field Manager
Requirements:
• Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target within allocated resources by controlling sales operations.
• Daily Monitoring and analysis of sales achievements in the district and on weekly basis and take corrective measures immediately in case of any deviation.
• Make accompanied calls in order to ensure the understanding and implementation of marketing strategies and company polices.
• Responsible for field coaching of TMs to Improve their qualitative aspects make them more productive and prepare them for future responsibilities.
• Enhance the image of the company by following company policies.
• Responsible for conducting monthly district sales meetings as per approved agenda.
• Preference will be given having experience of selling OTC products.
Required Skills:
Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
Good presentation skills. Computer Proficiency particularly in MS Office, emails & browsing.
