District Business Manager

Position: District Business Manager
Locations: Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively penetrating new accounts to drive sales volume growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Utilize a structured pipeline process to track, develop, and successfully close new accounts.
* Develop and implement account plans in collaboration with the Distributor Lube Engineer (DLE) or supplier’s Field Engineer, ensuring alignment with lubricant service guidelines.
* Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and market share within the assigned territory.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager and DLE resources to promote higher-value lubricant products and services.
* Focus on achieving volume, margin, and receivables targets while ensuring continuous growth in lubricants business.
* Identify and develop new market segments while staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
* Provide technical and commercial support, educate customers on premium lubricant solutions, and ensure superior after-sales service.
* Proper brand usage and facilitate branding updates as necessary.
* Organize meetings, seminars, and training workshops as required.
* Monitor and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable (AR) to maintain healthy cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with product and brand standards at customer locations.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree (preferably) (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering).
* 3 years Sales Experience or Industry experience; may be combined with some level of customer service or inside sales experience.
* SPIN Selling
* Mobil Lubricants Applications
* In depth lubricant and grease product knowledge – in assigned area
* Basic industry/sector knowledge – within area of focus
* Knowledge of typical suffering points we can develop and then resolve with Mobil products and services.
