TECHHOOD is hiring Chargeback Dispute Specialist

Location: North Nazimabad, Block J, Karachi
shift: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m (Night),
Days: Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilties:
- Oversee chargeback investigations and resolutions from start to finish.
- Examine transaction data to find trends and the underlying reasons for chargebacks.
- Put plans into action to reduce losses and boost operational effectiveness.
- Work together with the customer service and sales departments to settle conflicts amicably.
- Monitor patterns, produce insights, and suggest process enhancements.

Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of chargeback handling expertise (preferably from a software house).
- outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable utilizing productivity tools for documentation and reporting.
