Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage driver schedules effectively to ensure timely dispatching.

Monitor ongoing trips and address routing or scheduling issues in real time.

Maintain consistent communication with drivers and clients for smooth operations.

Record and update trip details, dispatch logs, and other relevant data accurately.

Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes and improve dispatch efficiency.

Handle any dispatch-related emergencies or client inquiries promptly and professionally.
