Dispatch Matrix (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you have prior experience working with UK cab companies, especially on platforms like Cordic, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Handle live call bookings for passengers with accuracy and speed
• Manage dispatch operations to drivers using advanced systems
• Provide excellent customer support ensuring smooth journeys
• Coordinate with drivers to reduce wait times and maximize efficiency

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in a cab company dispatch role (Cordic knowledge preferred)
✅ Strong communication skills (clear English is a must)
✅ Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure peak hours
✅ Night-shift availability
