Dispatcher

Description:

· Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered.

· Providing shipping details to customers.

· Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries.

· Completing paperwork related to shipments such as invoices.

· Handling customer complaints and inquiries.

· Checking the Truck Driver’s compliance with the transportation rules and regulations

· Negotiating rates and delivery time lines.

Required Skills:

· Previous Dispatch experience is preferred (0 to 6 months)

· Excellent English communication skills.

· Must be able to work at night shift.

· Ideal candidate should be living nearby or able to commute to Bahria town lahore easily.
