Description:

As a Sales Executive at ITSHaul, you'll be the front line of our growth reaching out to owner-operators and fleet owners, explaining how our dispatch services save them time and increase their revenue per mile, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This is a high-energy, target-driven role for someone who's comfortable on the phone, knows (or can quickly learn) the trucking industry, and wants to be rewarded for performance.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and trucking industry networks
  • Pitch ITSHaul's dispatch services to owner-operators, small fleet owners, and carriers
  • Educate prospects on load boards, rate negotiation, and how professional dispatching increases their take-home pay
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding new carriers
  • Negotiate service terms and close deals to meet/exceed monthly targets
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of new clients
  • Stay current on industry trends, freight rates, and competitor offerings

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of sales experience (trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills comfortable making 300+ calls a day
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of rejection
  • Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and dispatch operations is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with owner-operators and fleet owners
