💼 Position Overview
We’re hiring Dispatch Agents (Night Shift) with strong communication and negotiation skills to manage live operations and build profitable lanes.
🎯 Your Role
Book and negotiate loads with brokers
Communicate with drivers and manage real-time operations
Track shipments, maintain documentation, and resolve issues
Ensure compliance and timely performance reporting
✅ Requirements
Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Experience in US Trucking Dispatch (mandatory)
Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
Familiarity with load boards, CRM, and dispatch software
Ability to work US time zone shifts
Confident, reliable, and performance-oriented
