We need more than just someone who can send DMs — we’re looking for a digital closer. Someone who understands how Discord communities work, who knows how to pitch digital services naturally, and who thrives in a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in targeted Discord outreach across niche servers and communities
- Qualify and convert leads for services like web development, branding, SMM, and paid ads
- Use custom scripts and adjust messaging based on audience behavior
- Maintain lead sheets, follow-up records, and weekly reporting
- Communicate effectively with team members for project handoffs
- Hit weekly KPIs and revenue targets
- Stay on top of trends in Discord marketing and digital agency sales
You Should Have:
- Prior experience in Discord-based sales, lead gen, or DMs outreach
- Fluent spoken and written English (you’ll be selling to U.S. clients)
- Basic understanding of digital services like website design, social media, etc.
- Ability to pitch without sounding robotic — natural but strategic communication
- Familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, or CRM tools (a bonus)
