We are looking for a Sales and Branding expert to own the entire customer journey. You will be the architect of Enertia’s revenue engine and the custodian of its brand story. This role requires a mindset of the aggression of a Sales Lead to build sales networks to position Enertia as a premium market leader. It is once in a lifetime opportunity
What You Will Own
1. Sales & Retail channel
- Revenue Growth: Own the P&L for sales, setting quarterly targets, pricing structures, and margin analysis to maximize profitability.
- Sales Strategy: Drive end-to-end sales strategy across residential and commercial segments
- Expansion: Identify and unlock new channels, ensuring Enertia products are visible in the right premium outlets.
- Retail Channel: Manage retail outlet and other retail channels wisely
2. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Brand Narrative: Define and execute the brand voice. You will translate our engineering excellence into a compelling story that resonates with the Pakistani consumer.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches, coordinating between engineering and sales to ensure maximum market impact upon release.
- Digital & Physical Presence: Oversee marketing campaigns across digital channels and physical activations to generate leads and brand awareness.
Who Is This Role For
You are a hybrid professional who understands that Sales captures value, but Marketing creates it.
- Experience: You have a proven track record in Consumer Electronics, Building Materials, FMCG, or Lifestyle Brand where product positioning was just as important as the sales figures.
- Strategic Storyteller: You know how to position a new entrant against established giants by highlighting unique value propositions (Engineering & Design).
- Execution Focused: You can negotiate a contract with a distributor in the morning and approve a social media campaign or in-store layout in the afternoon.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Brand Management.
- Strong understanding of the Pakistani retail landscape.
