Job Requirements:

• Lead the company sales and exports goals
• Design B2B business strategies for business growth
• Maintain the existing customer base and pursues professional relationships with prospective customers
• Helps develop, implement and monitor the progress of applicable national sales and marketing plans.
• Pursues new sales opportunities and recommends new product development ideas.
• Promotes the Company, its products and its values in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Knowledge and Skills

• 15-18 years of experience of marketing and sales of a large manufacturing setup
• Experience of sales and exports of a large manufacturing setup will be added advantage
• Solid experience of the principles, policies and practices of industrial sales and marketing.
• Ability to demonstrate a customer service focus with emphasis on problem solving or satisfactory resolution.
• Strong leadership
