Description:
Pristine Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead sales operations, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate should have 7–10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, and team leadership, including experience in senior management roles such as Head of Sales, Regional Sales Head, General Manager Sales, or Director of Sales.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Solar Energy, Investment Sales, FMCG, Automotive, Corporate Sales, or other target-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Develop and execute effective sales and business growth strategies
* Recruit, train, manage, and lead high-performing sales teams
* Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards
* Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent target achievement
* Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue channels
* Strong experience in sales forecasting, strategic planning, and performance management
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding organizational sales targets
