Director Of Operations

 

Description:

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of the operational strategy, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the operational team, ensuring effective implementation of all operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other senior management teams to drive growth, and innovation, and enhance operational performance.

2. Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the projects, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage the scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of drivers, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing service disruptions.

3. Team Development & Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, supervisors, and dispatchers.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance employee skills and performance.

4. Client Experience & Service Quality:

  • Monitor client feedback and implement operational changes to improve service quality, punctuality, and satisfaction.
  • Develop initiatives to reduce customer complaints and improve overall user experience.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operations performance, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.

 

Key Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

● Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the cab industry.

● Strong knowledge of the cab industry and its operational challenges, including driver management, fleet management, and customer service.

● Proven experience in managing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering operational improvements.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

● Proficiency in using operational software and analytics tools.
