Job Description

• Directing, overseeing and evaluating all nursing personnel (registered nurses, LPN etc.)
• Guiding staffing procedures
• Setting objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
• Organising and coordinating admission, nursing and patient care procedures
• Developing and enforcing policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
• Collaborating with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
• Reporting to upper management

Qualification

Registered Nurse (RN), BSC-N & MSC/MA Nursing

Experience

Minimum 7 years of administrative and 7 years of teaching experience
