Himont Pharmaceutical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director Commercial / Director Marketing & Sales to lead the company’s business development, marketing, and sales strategies. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth across local, online, and export markets. The selected candidate will oversee commercial operations, develop and implement strategic revenue generation plans, and manage a high-performing team to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive overall sales and marketing strategy for domestic and international markets.
- Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and customer base.
- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to maximize profitability.
- Manage local and international sales, including online and export markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic insights and growth recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA, D. Pharm, MBBS, or a combination of these qualifications.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in pharmaceutical business development and revenue growth strategies.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and execute market expansion strategies.
