Digital Skills Trainer Required

This full-time, on-site Digital Skills Trainer position is located in Mardān. The Digital Skills Trainer will implement, develop, and conduct digital training courses for the training program. Daily duties include designing curriculum and creating customized training materials to meet the unique requirements of trainees. In addition, the Digital Skills Trainer will lead training sessions and monitor the progress of each participant, providing feedback, assessments, and action plans to participants and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or web development
• Experience in conducting training sessions or teaching in a classroom environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu to deliver content in a clear and effective manner
• Strong knowledge in digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Web Development, and Adobe Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge in instructional design and adult learning methodologies is an asset.
• Flexibility in working hours is required, including evenings and weekends.
