Digital Sales Representative

 

Description:

The role involves identifying, approaching, and securing new clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, pitching services, managing client relationships, and coordinating with our technical team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch IT services to potential clients through digital platforms and in-person meetings.

Generate leads and follow up on prospects using email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's service offerings.

Schedule and conduct meetings (online/offline) with clients.

Collaborate with the technical team for tailored proposals.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and pipeline status.

Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Prior experience in sales or business development (preferably in the IT or software sector).

Proficient in using digital communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Ability to work independently and in a team.
