We are hiring motivated and career-focused individuals for our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program in Digital Sales. This is a paid, structured training opportunity designed to develop future Sales Executives within our organization.

Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to international sales operations, client communication, and business development, with a clear pathway toward full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle New Queries: Act as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing prompt and professional responses.

• Client Onboarding: Guide potential clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to project start.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and document detailed project requirements.

• Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated and met.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates and undergraduates with the know-how of client management or sales, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Understanding of the Fiverr platform and how to effectively engage with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
