Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts
  • Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers
  • Engaging in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on clients needs
  • Work closely with Sales director on presentations and pitches
  • Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Good performance in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Manage social media groups for postings and announcements.
  • Manage marketing activities including business development.
  • Follow up on all leads generated by the website and cold calling, update all activity in sheet.
  • Generate new leads through social media platforms and tools.
  • Design weekly strategies for chasing new leads.
  • Specifically monitor LinkedIn, Upwork and Fiver for new leads.
  • Generate customer contacts through various networks.
  • Collect and enter customer information in the HubSpot CRM database.
  • Help design original CRM lead generation system enabling efficient telemarketing.
  • Improve productivity through the development and implementation of new tools.
  • Introduce an innovative lead generation methodology.

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
