Description:

A Performance Media Manager is required to manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns while strategically aligning them with business objectives. The role involves campaign strategy, execution, analytics, and performance optimization across multiple platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute paid search and paid social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new performance opportunities and trends in the brand’s target market.

Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads to identify top-performing creatives.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Provide regular KPI reports, covering impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

Coordination with Performance Marketing Team:

  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth campaign execution from asset delivery to post-campaign analysis.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Address challenges proactively to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Optimize processes for efficiency in campaign execution.

Continuous Learning & Adaptation:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
