We’re on the lookout for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager who can lead paid campaigns, scale ad budgets, and drive business growth through data-driven strategies.

🎯 What You’ll Do
Plan, run & scale Meta Ads campaigns with strong ROAS.
Build & optimize sales funnels to improve conversions.
Strategize campaigns around new arrivals and clearance sales.
Work with creative & content teams to produce high-performing ads.
Collaborate with the development team for CRO and website optimization.
Analyze performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, Frequency.
Conduct market & competitor research and propose growth strategies.

💼 What We’re Looking For
Proven experience handling large ad spends (7–8 figures PKR/month).
Expert in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Knowledge of Google Ads, Email & WhatsApp Marketing is a plus.
Strong grasp of e-commerce marketing & stock cycles.
Analytical, creative, and deadline-driven mindset.
Leadership skills to guide content and dev teams.
