Responsibilities:
- Train students in Email Marketing, Social Media Management & Growth Strategies across platforms:
- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)
- Design lessons that are practical, engaging, and beginner-friendly.
- Guide students with patience and professionalism, ensuring they build confidence step by step.
- Motivate and mentor learners to apply skills in real-world projects.
- Provide individual support to beginners facing challenges, making their journey smooth and encouraging.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven industry experience with a strong portfolio (not just theoretical knowledge).
- Deep expertise in social media growth hacks, content strategies, and paid advertising.
- Passion for teaching with the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
- Professional reliability and commitment to consistent student support.
- A kind and responsible attitude, someone who enjoys assisting beginners and guiding them with patience.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing multiple students at a time.
