The Digital Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills who can manage a team of digital marketers while driving measurable growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, capable of aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze marketing campaigns and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Drive content strategy, including blog posts, social media content, video, and graphic content to strengthen brand presence.
• Plan and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and AI-driven marketing tools.
• Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies and platforms.

Qualifications & Expertise:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling digital campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, or tech-focused digital marketing is a plus.
