Digital Marketing, Team Lead

 

Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead with an exceptional blend of visual design expertise and hands-on campaign execution skills.

This is a strategic and operational role. You’ll be responsible for designing and running multi-channel campaigns — including researching target audiences, building prospect lists, and executing structured outreach via both email and social media platforms. Campaigns must be data-driven, continually refined, and focused on real business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will also bring strong UI/UX and graphic design skills to create impactful landing pages, email assets, and marketing visuals using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising.

· Build structured outreach workflows, including audience research, database segmentation, and tailored messaging.

· Run and manage email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign, with continuous testing and refinement.

· Design engaging visuals and campaign assets — including landing pages, email templates, banners, and social media graphics.

· Apply UI/UX best practices to all digital content and web touchpoints.

· Lead structured social media outreach campaigns, especially via LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

· Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital outputs.

· Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, development) to align campaigns with business goals.

· Produce reports on campaign results and provide actionable insights for improvement.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field. Humanities backgrounds (e.g. English, Sociology) welcome with supporting digital experience.

· 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.

· Strong graphic and web design skills — including hands-on use of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.

· Demonstrable experience in building and running email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and campaign execution (especially Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Meta).

· Excellent command of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and landing page optimisation.

· Experience planning and managing paid social or Google ad campaigns.

· Excellent project management and communication skills — verbal and written.

· Comfortable presenting results and strategy updates to internal and external stakeholders.
