Digital Bizkart is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to join its rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals who possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for managing client relationships.

As a Team Lead, you will serve as the main point of contact between the agency and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, effective project execution, and client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of marketers, managing campaign workflows, and playing a key role in acquiring new business. The role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment and is eager to make an impact in the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure timely and high-quality project execution

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication, feedback, and expectations

• Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more

• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to onboarding new clients

• Ensure KPIs and goals are met and align with client objectives

• Assist in campaign reporting, analytics review, and presenting performance summaries to clients

• Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous learning and growth

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
