🏠 Remote (Karachi-based candidates only)
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
⏰ Timings:
• Mon–Fri: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✨ Key Responsibilities

◾Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies to increase ROI, traffic, and lead generation
◾Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
◾Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and impactful content
◾Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
◾Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Lead and mentor Client Success Managers and Senior Success Managers
◾Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative work culture

🎯 Qualifications

◾ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
◾Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
◾Strong knowledge of digital channels, tools, and best practices
◾Proficiency in SEO tools, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics
◾Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
◾Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking ability
◾Proven leadership experience in managing teams
◾Strong communication and interpersonal skills
◾Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
