Digital Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various platforms with a strong emphasis on ROI, conversion rates, and strategic targeting. You must be fluent in the language of metrics, ads performance, and user acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms

• Analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) are met or exceeded

• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness

• Use Google Analytics to track campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions

• Coordinate with design and content teams to create impactful ad creatives

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes

• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of delivering measurable results

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram Ads

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
