Digital Marketing Specialist



  • Should have knowledge and experience of technical, On-page, Off-page SEO.
  • Research and analyze trends to identify the most cost-effective SEM methods and the best SEO strategies for different products and services.
  • Stay abreast of the rapid technological developments in your field by keeping up to date with search engine algorithms (especially Google’s) and studying avant-garde SEO trends.
  • Implement strategies to increase inbound traffic and build our online presence in target markets.
  • Thoroughly monitor our and clients’ website traffic and tweak SEO campaigns to improve traffic, i.e. ensure our website is listed within the first search results page of leading search engines.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of SEO and website.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions and optimize and manage the ad campaigns across the channels
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or any other relevant field from a reputable University.
  • At least 2 of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Experienced in planning, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage digital marketing projects effectively from initiation to end.
  • Experienced in leading digital marketing teams.
  • Experience in SEO
  • Experience in writing SEO-driven content for backlinks, writing titles and descriptions for website pages such as on Google.
  • Familiar with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google search console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner tool, and Screaming Frog
  • Ability to positively influence conversion rate (CR), click-through rate (CTR), return on investment (ROI), lifetime value (LTV), average revenue per user (ARPU), etc, through SEO
  • The candidate should be well versed with latest AI developments in Digital marketing and be able to use them
  • Proven track record of successful execution of digital marketing campaigns
