We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize SEO strategies (on-page, technical, and off-page) to improve rankings and traffic.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Manage social media content and advertising, driving engagement and brand visibility.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools.
- Conduct market research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and conversion-focused.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Proven success in managing PPC, SEO, and social campaigns.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
