Are you a creative yet data-driven marketer who knows how to turn clicks into conversions? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow our brand presence, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM codes, and advanced analytics for precise campaign measurement.
Design and manage automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, drip campaigns, and A/B testing.
Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and lead generation.
Create engaging ad creatives and marketing assets using Canva and collaborate with designers via Figma.
Manage and grow social media presence with data-backed content strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements & Skills
2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Pixel Management, and advanced ad tracking tools.
Experience in email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
Proficiency in Canva (content design) and familiarity with Figma (collaboration & creative assets).
Solid understanding of campaign tracking, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Willingness to work on-site, full-time at our office.
