Description:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies for both our U.S. and Pakistan operations. This is a full-time role that will start remotely, with the expectation of transitioning to an on-site position at our STZA office in NASTP Rawalpindi, once operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage content creation, publishing, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and monitor campaigns targeting U.S. and Pakistan audiences with platform-appropriate messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Optimize websites and landing pages for performance, SEO, and user experience.
- Work with internal teams to align digital marketing with overall sales and branding goals.
- Contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to both markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT or B2B sectors).
- Proven skills in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and email campaigns.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
- Bonus: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
