As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and implementing high-impact digital marketing and social media campaigns. Your role will also involve managing client communications confidently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok

• Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns for maximum ROI

• Plan and execute content strategies for email marketing, social media, and other digital platforms

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, offering strategic insights and recommendations

• Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone to manage expectations and address feedback

• Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends and technologies

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management

• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Confident, solution-oriented, and client-focused approach
