Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team in Lahore. This role requires expertise in paid digital marketing campaigns, data-driven strategies, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns that drive growth, maximize ROI, and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management.
- Track and report on key marketing performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving ad performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to leverage emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the growth team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Experience with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of ROI, conversion rates, and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Creative mindset with the ability to test and optimize ad content for maximum performance.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
