An E-commerce Alibaba Listing and Amazon Account Handler is responsible for managing the product listings, sales, and overall account maintenance on the Alibaba and Amazon platforms. This role is critical for businesses aiming to maximize their online retail presence and sales performance. Here is a detailed job description for this position:

 

1. **Product Listing and Optimization:**

- Create and manage product listings on Alibaba and Amazon, ensuring that all products are presented attractively with accurate and SEO-optimized descriptions, high-quality images, and correct specifications.

- Continuously optimize listings to improve product visibility and conversion rates by analyzing performance metrics and utilizing A/B testing.

 

2. **Inventory Management:**

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available, preventing overstocking or stockouts.

- Coordinate with supply chain or logistics teams to update inventory and manage shipments as needed.

 

3. **Order Processing and Fulfillment:**

- Handle order processing, including confirmation, packing, and shipping coordination to ensure timely delivery.

- Address any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, such as delays or customer complaints.

 

4. **Customer Service:**

- Manage customer interactions by responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to enhance buyer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Monitor feedback and reviews, addressing negative reviews and feedback proactively to maintain a positive brand image.

 

5. **Market Analysis and Strategy:**

- Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies on Alibaba and Amazon.
