📍 Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)
🕠 Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
✅ Send at least 75 emails per day for outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
✅ Generate and schedule a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month for Account Executives.
✅ Prospect and identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing services.
✅ Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and target industries.
✅ Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system.
✅ Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
✅ Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
✅ Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs.
✅ Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Proven experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales, preferably within the Digital Marketing industry.
✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding solutions.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong prospecting, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools is preferred.
✔ Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively during assigned shift hours.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
