Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the digital agency for ideation and content creation and overseeing the design and development of artworks and their timely execution on relevant digital media platforms.

Implementing digital marketing campaigns to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

Planning, calendarising and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.

Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns and creative growth strategies to keep up with online marketing trends.

Community management and overseeing all queries and complaints received across digital platforms.

Ensuring optimum website performance and collaborating with the digital agency to make sure website content is updated at all times.
