What You'll Be Driving
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, optimize campaign performance, and support business growth across multiple digital channels.
Your Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
🔹 Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Display Advertising.
🔹 Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing initiatives.
🔹 Manage and optimize the company's website, landing pages, and digital user experience.
🔹 Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and prepare actionable performance reports.
🔹 Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms, including lead nurturing and email marketing campaigns.
🔹 Develop engaging social media strategies that increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
🔹 Oversee digital advertising budgets and maximize campaign ROI.
🔹 Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify emerging digital trends.
🔹 Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce compelling digital content while maintaining brand consistency.
🔹 Stay ahead of evolving digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, AI-powered marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience (Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage).
✔ Proven success in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and Digital Campaign Management.
✔ Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Web Analytics.
✔ Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms.
✔ Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing, and digital content creation.
