Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with eCommerce sales goals.
- Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing calendars.
- Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces, websites, and digital channels.
2. Performance & Paid Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Noon Ads) in UAE Market.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
3. Marketplace Management
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content).
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers.
- Work closely with marketplace account managers (Amazon/Noon).
4. SEO, Content & CRO
- Oversee SEO strategy for product pages and website content.
- Improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing and UX improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams for creatives, banners, and videos.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer journey.
6. Email & CRM Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, remarketing, and automation flows.
- Manage customer retention and re-engagement strategies.
7. Team & Vendor Coordination
- Lead and mentor digital marketing executives and specialists.
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and technology partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong eCommerce exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
