What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Suraket Internal Marketing
- Manage and grow Suraket's LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach and brand visibility.
- Schedule and manage content across Suraket’s platforms.
- Create performance-driven marketing visuals, landing pages, and brand assets.
- Prepare weekly digital marketing performance and analytics reports.
Client Projects (Upwork & International Clients)
- Run Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and lead-gen campaigns.
- Optimize ad targeting, retargeting, keywords, funnels, and conversions.
- Create engaging copy and A/B test multiple variations.
- Perform SEO audits, on-page/off-page SEO, and WordPress updates.
- Deliver high-quality marketing results aligned with client KPIs.
- Coordinate directly with BD and automation teams for integrated client solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the BD team with marketing data, creatives, and campaign insights.
- Assist in onboarding new marketing clients acquired via Upwork.
- Work closely with technical teams to align campaign strategy with deliverables.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience in Facebook Ads + Google Ads (mandatory)
- Ability to create engaging content,write articles and create engagement on social media
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Skills in SEO (on-page/off-page) and keyword planning
- Experience with WordPress and landing page design
- Ability to create analytics reports using platform dashboards
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work in an evening/night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
- Self-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
