We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns are innovative, performance-focused, and aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will bring a mix of brand-side and agency experience, with a strong command of digital platforms, performance marketing, and content-led engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, awareness, and customer engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email, influencer marketing, and performance marketing channels.
- Oversee digital content development, including campaign creatives, video, and live content formats.
- Manage advertising budgets across platforms, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency.
Content & E-Commerce
- Lead content creation for the website, social platforms, and e-commerce channels (company site, Daraz, and others).
- Optimize user experience and conversion funnels to maximize online sales performance.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful content and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs across digital campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to guide digital initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports and share strategic recommendations with leadership.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, retail operations, aftersales, and product) to ensure unified brand communication.
- Maintain consistent digital branding across all platforms, touchpoints, and campaigns.
- Represent the company in digital forums, events, and industry platforms as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media strategy, email marketing, and influencer campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and other digital performance platforms.
- Strong creative sense, with proven ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns and live content.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking metrics, measuring ROI, and reporting insights.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
