Description:
As an onsite Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our online marketing campaigns, manage ad spends across multiple platforms, and design strategies that maximize ROI. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with proven e-commerce marketing experience and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and increase ROI.
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Optimize e-commerce funnels (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom stores) for higher conversions.
- Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and track CAC, ROI, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data, create reports, and optimize strategies.
- Work closely with designers, content writers, and developers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated on AI-powered tools, digital marketing, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in e-commerce marketing.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, retargeting, and funnel building.
- Experience with email automation and affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of crypto/gaming/FinTech marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Lahore.
