Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of professional experience to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies while managing a creative team. This role requires in-depth expertise in all ad types and platforms, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to various businesses.
  • Create innovative campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Advertising & Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Experiment with different ad formats, targeting strategies, and audience segments.
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team including designers, content writers, and video editors.
  • Oversee interns and guide them in learning and contributing effectively to campaigns.
  • Assign tasks, set goals, and track performance of the entire marketing team.
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill the team in digital tools and strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns and overall digital marketing activities.
  • Provide detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met across all campaigns and platforms.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals and align marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a senior digital marketing role.
  • Strong expertise in all major advertising platforms and ad formats.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to create, manage, and analyze data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
