We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of professional experience to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies while managing a creative team. This role requires in-depth expertise in all ad types and platforms, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to various businesses.
- Create innovative campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure maximum ROI.
- Experiment with different ad formats, targeting strategies, and audience segments.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team including designers, content writers, and video editors.
- Oversee interns and guide them in learning and contributing effectively to campaigns.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and track performance of the entire marketing team.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill the team in digital tools and strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns and overall digital marketing activities.
- Provide detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met across all campaigns and platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals and align marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a senior digital marketing role.
- Strong expertise in all major advertising platforms and ad formats.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to create, manage, and analyze data-driven marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
