Digital Marketing Manager

 

Description:

You will responsible for driving page growth, post performance, and early monetization strategy. Your job is to figure out what’s working, guide the content team using those insights, and plan basic paid campaigns to support scale.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Monitor page performance: reach, likes, shares, and engagement
  • Identify working content and push it for reuse across pods
  • Run low-budget campaigns (page likes, post boosting, video views)
  • Provide weekly reports on performance and ROI trends
  • Guide algorithm-based adjustments to hooks, post types, and formats
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive on execution
  • Help define tagging logic and repurposing strategy
  • Review ad spend, results, and advice if we should scale or pause
  •  

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of Facebook algorithm and ad tools
  • Knows how to scale low-budget content using CPM & CTR strategy
  • Can translate performance into clear, actionable insights for creators
  • Comfortable working with numbers, charts, dashboards
  • Keeps updated with Meta platform changes and new monetization options
  • Bonus: Has grown a page or managed ad spend with actual ROI focus
