- A Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO, and social media. You’ll own the full funnel—from strategy to execution—ensuring our brand dominates search rankings, engages audiences, and drives revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize ROI-focused ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) for Pakistan audiences
- SEO Mastery: Audit and improve technical/on-page SEO, content, and backlinks to boost organic traffic
- Social media: Develop platform-specific strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) to enhance brand presence.
- Effective budget management: You ensure that budgets are allocated wisely across different campaigns & channels
- New platforms and trends: You stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and AI innovations, and proactively contribute ideas to expand or change our channel mix
- Independent project management: You take ownership of cross-functional projects (i.e., paid media sales or brand activations) from briefing the creatives to setting up, monitoring & optimizing campaign performance
- Analysis and strategic development: You identify patterns, test new ideas, and derive optimization strategies, all to scale our performance continuously
- Data & AI: Leverage tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, AI-driven automation) to refine campaigns
- Competitor Benchmarking: Identify gaps and opportunities in local markets
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and sales teams to align marketing goals
That's you:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or in a related field
- 3+ years in digital marketing with proven success
- You’ve got hands-on experience with Meta & TikTok Business Manager; experience with Google Ads (Search & YouTube) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO, and HubSpot (Lead generation)
- You have experience in both performance and branding campaigns, optimizing towards direct response metrics as well as long-term brand-building KPIs
- You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and love to shape & build things
- Deep understanding of digital trends (audience behavior, platform nuances).
- Your English skills are professional; Arabic language is a plus
