Digital Marketing Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, multi-skilled Digital Marketing Manager to manage our online presence across platforms. This hybrid role merges creative design with strategic digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and visual content creation. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, design, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
  • Publish posts, reels, stories, and handle community engagement
  • Track performance metrics to improve content strategy
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align campaigns

 

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop monthly content calendars based on seasonal trends and business goals
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for promotions
  • Execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads experience is a plus)
  • Suggest trend-based and audience-driven content ideas

 

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
  • Optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages for higher visibility
  • Track rankings and analyze performance using Google Analytics
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns; monitor performance and adjust as needed
  • Ensure content is SEO-aligned by working closely with writers
  • Maintain regular communication with website managers/developers to implement SEO recommendations and resolve technical issues

 

Graphic Designing & Video Editing:

  • Create engaging visuals for social media, web banners, brochures, ads, and print materials
  • Maintain brand consistency in colors, typography, and layout
  • Develop and repurpose creative templates for quick turnaround
  • Edit videos and reels using CapCut or similar tools

 

Tools & Technologies:

Design & Video: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut

Marketing & SEO: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads

Other: Basic understanding of CMS, responsive design, and performance tracking

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Design, Communications, IT, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, design, and content creation

Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)

Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about travel

A portfolio showcasing design and/or campaign work is a plus
